As our Payroll Manager, Matthew keeps everything running smoothly for our fellow colleagues. This includes processing end-to-end payroll, ensuring precise adherence to financial budgets and compliance with UK legislation, and continually reviewing and looking to improve our internal processes.
Matthew joined Mrs Buckét with over nine years’ experience of payroll processing and team management in-house for small, medium and large companies. He has worked across a range of industries including automotive, security and the umbrella/CIS payroll sector. Adding to his already extensive skill set, he also has a background in HR, customer services and business administration.
Matthew’s favourite part of working at Mrs Buckét is being able to liaise with colleagues across all departments, including finance, operations and people teams.
Outside of work, Matthew enjoys running and exercising and a keen golfer. He also likes going on holidays and socialising with friends and family.
