As COVID-19 spread rapidly across the world, cleaners around the globe united.
Our entire team have worked incredibly hard over the past year, going above and beyond for our clients every minute of every day. Our founder and MD, Rachael Flanagan, wanted to find a fun and unique way to recognise and reward their incredible grit and determination.
That’s why we are launching the Top of the Mops Awards this April!
These awards will be a celebration of team members who have shone over the past year. A year in which the whole team put their lives on the line to care for and help our communities, day in and day out. We will be acknowledging not only those who have delivered fantastic results for our clients, but those who have been tirelessly keeping the cogs ticking behind the scenes too, such as our fantastic HR and finance teams.
There will be 15 categories. Some will celebrate those who work and live by our five key values and others will recognise those who have gone above and beyond consistently for their clients and their colleagues. Not forgetting the ‘Best Loo of the Year’ award, too!
The shortlist will be chosen by our employees and our clients, and the final winners decided by a judging panel of senior Mrs Buckét team members. If you think one or more of your colleague(s) or cleaning team has gone above and beyond in the past year, head to the website to cast your vote.
Of course, if it were possible, we’d be giving an award to all 250 members of staff, as every single person in the team has stepped up and made the past year a success. We’d like to take this moment to say a huge thank you to everyone within the team for making the most testing year just that little bit easier.
