Mrs Bucket comes out shining with £400k boost in business

Mrs Bucket Cleaning Services has announced booming success for its first quarter in 2018, celebrating over £400,000 in new contract wins.

The commercial and domestic cleaning company has benefitted from a significant boost in business over recent months, with new clients including S4C, Porsche Bristol, Gregory Distribution, Eden UK and Alexandra Gate.

The news comes during an exciting time for the award-winning company, after it recently appointed ex-rugby star Paul Thorburn as its Business Development Manager.

Spearheaded by young entrepreneur Rachael Flanagan, the company is now eyeing up further growth for its commercial cleaning division in both Wales and the south west of England.

Rachael Flanagan, managing director of Mrs Bucket Cleaning Services, said: “We’re thrilled to see such fantastic results for Mrs Bucket, and it really is a testament to the hard work of our team and our reputation for delivering exceptional results.

“As our business matures, we’re evolving our strategy and focusing on particular sectors for our commercial division, such as manufacturing, professional services and facilities management. These will be crucial in our next stage of development, and our senior sales manager, Catherine, has been doing a great job at reaching out to these industries.

“Our clients have every confidence in us, and with tailored cleaning schedules, regular audits using the latest technology, and a professionally trained, friendly team, our reputation for excellence is stronger than ever.

“Our professional approach to cleaning continues to resonate with businesses and we retain very high customer satisfaction levels, so we’re confident that we will continue to grow the business and nurture our relationships with new and existing clients.”

Catherine Eley, senior sales manager, discussed Mrs Bucket’s most recent accomplishments, saying: “It’s been a wonderful experience to see such amazing growth in the last few months, and we’re really marching forward on our mission to evolve the business. I’ve loved developing robust relationships with our new clients, and we’re all looking forward to working together.”

Started by Rachael Flanagan in 2005 when she was just 18, Mrs Bucket has grown from a domestic cleaning operation to a full service cleaning company, with offices in Swansea, Cardiff, Newport and Bristol.

From her humble beginnings, Rachael now employs over 300 staff, services over 250 business, and last year enjoyed over £3million turnover.
