Celebrating 13 years of business and a record last quarter

An award-winning cleaning company spanning South Wales and the South West is celebrating 13 years of business and a record last quarter after taking on £260k of new business.

The company is also celebrating its new office move, 13 years in business and the employment of 20 new staff to the cleaning team.

On Monday, the company moved into its new premises in Axis Court, Swansea where suppliers, friends, family and clients raised a toast and enjoyed the chance to network.

Founder, Rachael Flanagan, said she was ‘thrilled’ with the company’s success.

“The company is going from strength to strength and it’s been an incredibly busy time for us. We had a fantastic time celebrating at the opening of new offices last night, with a pizza van and a few drinks,” she said.

“Around 15 office staff will be based here, running operations, which currently sees us working with 150 commercial clients across the Bristol and South Wales areas and 250 domestic clients who we clean for weekly or fortnightly. We have also just taken on a new area manager, Kevin Hall who will be overseeing things and helping strengthen and forge new relationships.

A videographer has captured the event and created a film about the company, which will be emailed out to clients so they can help celebrate the launch of the new head offices and meet more of the staff involved.

“We’ve had a really positive last quarter, taking on a range of new commercial contacts, often beating national companies, and scooping over a quarter of a million for the business.

“We all work incredibly hard and we want to stand out in the cleaning market for offering a superior service all round. Our new environment in Swansea will help to give us a fresh focus as we go forwards into 2019,” added Rachael.

Started by Rachael Flanagan in 2005 when she was just 18, Mrs Bucket has grown from a domestic cleaning operation to a full-service cleaning company, with offices in Swansea, Cardiff, Newport and Bristol.

From her humble beginnings, Rachael now employs over 300 staff, services over 250 business, and last year enjoyed over £3million turnover.
