15 years of Mrs Buckét
Despite countless setbacks and negativity from her peers and teachers, nothing was going to get in the way of her dreams to become one of Wales’ most notable female entrepreneurs with her business idea – Mrs Buckét.
Fast forward to today and here we are: Mrs Buckét is a multi-million pound, award-winning, 250-strong company, with 15 years of expertise and knowledge forming its solid foundation.
We’ve worked for, and continue to work with, some of the most fantastic clients including Royal Mail, Audi, Cardiff Bus and local school, Olchfa. And it’s because of their continued support and belief in us that we have been able to grow and succeed as quickly and effectively as we have.
In the last decade and a half, we’ve battled one of the longest and deepest recessions recorded, one life-changing global pandemic and countless other uphill climbs. But each time, we’ve come out stronger and more ready than ever to adapt and flex our business to benefit our clients and prospects to the best of our ability.
For example, the recent coronavirus pandemic led us to invest more money than ever before into new products and services to keep our clients and their local communities safe and well. This included new machinery such as ride-on sanitisers and electrostatic cleaners as well as a one-of-a-kind chemical, never seen before in the South West, proven to kill the COVID-19 pathogen for up to 30 days.
We’ve made it our mission to not only support our communities during this testing time, but those within the cleaning industry too. We petitioned, and are still petitioning, for cleaners to be recognised as key workers as they risk their lives to protect others.
As one of the first visitors to our brand-new website, you’ll probably notice that things look a little different around here! Don’t worry – we’re still the Mrs Buckét you know and love, but we wanted to mark our very grown-up birthday with an equally mature new look.
Not only does the new and improved Mrs Buckét represent our journey over the past 15 years, it’s also a key indicator of our future plans for innovation and large-scale growth as we welcome new clients, gear ourselves up for further dynamic investments and expand further across the UK.
We’re incredibly proud of how far the business has come but we can’t stress enough how thankful we are, not only to our wonderful staff and senior teams, but also to our surrounding networks, communities and clients who have been with us every step of the way.
