We’ve been working with Arup in their Cardiff office since 2018, taking over from the previous external cleaning company. The team at Arup was looking for an improved service and a fresh approach, which is where we stepped in.

They’re reliable and have got that personal touch. We know that we can pick up the phone to them at any time and that they’re willing to change with us as we go.

Provide a daytime hygiene team service that pays attention to high traffic areas and common touch points
As part of our facilities contract, we provide a car park attendant service to keep Arup’s small but busy car park running smoothly
A team of eight evening cleaners blitz the office environment five days a week, ensuring its ready for the staff to arrive the following morning

The results

For Arup, they weren’t only looking for improved cleanliness, but a more robust service too. By creating regular communications channels, such as the use of WhatsApp for our daytime hygiene team service, the client has complete confidence that any issues or requests will be picked up at the drop of a hat.
